1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Earnlyy, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Earnlyy. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Update your information to keep it current
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Points and Earnings

4.1 Point Value

Points earned on Earnlyy have a monetary value. The conversion rate is:

• 1,000 points = $1.00 USD

4.2 Types of Points

There are two types of points you can earn:

• Task Points: Points earned by completing tasks directly on the platform
• Affiliate Points: Commission points earned through the affiliate program (see Section 15)

Your total available points are the sum of both task points and affiliate points.

4.3 Point Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust point values, modify tasks, or remove points obtained through fraudulent or abusive means. Any adjustments to the conversion rate will be communicated to users in advance.

5. Payout Terms

5.1 Minimum Payout Threshold

You must have a minimum of $10.00 worth of points in your account to be eligible for payout.

5.2 Payout Schedule

Payouts are processed on a monthly basis. If you meet the minimum threshold by the end of the month, your payout will be processed during the first week of the following month.

5.3 Payout Information

You must provide valid payout information (bank account or payment method details) before receiving any payments. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete payout information.

5.4 Processing Time

Once initiated, payouts typically take 3-5 business days to reach your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

5.5 Fees

Standard payouts are processed free of charge. Any fees charged by your bank or payment processor are your responsibility.

6. Task Completion

When completing tasks, you agree to:

• Follow all task instructions accurately
• Provide genuine proof of completion
• Not use automated tools, bots, or fraudulent methods
• Complete only one task at a time unless otherwise stated

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts to earn additional points
• Use automated scripts, bots, or third-party tools
• Submit false or misleading proof of task completion
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Providing false information
• Any activity that harms the platform or other users

If your account is terminated for violations, you forfeit all points and any pending payouts.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Earnlyy, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Earnlyy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Earnlyy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earnlyy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of earnings, data, or business opportunities.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

14. Affiliate Program

14.1 Affiliate Eligibility

Users may apply to become affiliates on Earnlyy. Affiliate applications are subject to admin approval. To be eligible for the affiliate program, you must:

• Have an active account in good standing
• Comply with all platform terms and policies
• Submit a promotion plan explaining how you intend to promote Earnlyy

14.2 Affiliate Commission

Approved affiliates earn a 3% commission on all points earned by users who register using their referral code.

• When a referred user completes a task and earns points, you automatically receive 3% of those points as affiliate commission
• Affiliate points are added to your account and can be withdrawn just like task points
• Commission is calculated and credited immediately upon task completion by your referrals

14.3 Referral Codes

Upon approval as an affiliate:

• You will receive a unique referral code automatically
• This code can be shared with potential users through your promotion channels
• Users who register with your code will be permanently linked to your account
• You will earn 3% commission on all their future task completions

14.4 Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Earnlyy honestly and accurately
• Not make false claims about earnings or platform features
• Not engage in spam or unsolicited marketing
• Comply with all applicable advertising and marketing laws
• Not use paid advertising with our brand name without written permission

14.5 Affiliate Termination

We reserve the right to revoke affiliate status at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or promotional practices that harm the platform's reputation. Upon termination, you will no longer earn commissions on new referrals, but existing earned points will remain in your account.
